About the Role We are seeking a regional Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to design and deliver Marketing Cloud and integration solutions for clients across South East Asia. You will work with multi-market teams—including AI, Data and Cloud practices—to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures, lead technical delivery, and drive adoption of best practices across the region.

What You Will Do

Define and document high-level and detailed Marketing Cloud solution designs and architectures.

Translate regional business requirements into scalable, resilient integrations (APIs, event-driven and batch processing) and application solutions.

Lead technical design authority activities to assess risks, trade-offs and compliance considerations across markets.

Own technical delivery, guide development teams and ensure solutions meet architecture, security and coding standards.

Provide strategic guidance on data modelling, identity resolution, marketing automation and data integrity.

Conduct design and code reviews to ensure performance, reliability, scalability and maintainability.

Mentor and build capability within local and regional teams, promoting reuse and engineering standards.

Support technology evaluation, proof-of-concepts and adoption of new tools across markets.

Engage with stakeholders across countries to elicit requirements, manage expectations and maintain strong client relationships.

Work within PwC’s ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

7–10 years’ relevant experience; experience in consulting or professional services preferred. Senior Manager level candidates are welcome.

Minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement, Personalization, Intelligence modules).

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus.

Required Skills

Strong skills in marketing automation, technical architecture, data model design, Salesforce development and solution design.

Good understanding of domain‑driven design, cloud architectures, APIs and batch processing.

Proven track record leading development teams and delivering integration solutions across multiple environments.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences across markets.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia advantageous.

Familiarity with Agile ways of working, JIRA and standard SDLC practices.

Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Working Arrangement This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia with a hybrid working arrangement.
