Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Officer in a hotel environment Good understanding of VHP Hotel System (Front Office, POS, Back Office, etc.) Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows and google base systems Able to support troubleshoot daily IT issues related to hotel systems, PA??, keycard, and hardware Able to work independently, good communication skills and service-minded attitude.
