Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail.

Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end marketing strategy (brand, digital, and trade) to drive growth across all channels.

Develop annual marketing plans, budgeting, and performance targets.

Oversee pricing, promotion planning, and brand campaigns.

Analyze market trends, channel performance, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Strengthen collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain to align commercial strategies.

Provide data-driven reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related major.

Proven experience in Marketing within the beauty/FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and trade marketing (MT & GT).

Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Creative, analytical, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and with teams.
