Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor

Role Description This is a full-time, homebase located in Tangerang for an Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor and will cover all over of Banten area. The Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor will oversee and manage Distributors and sales teams within their designated area to achieve sales targets and improve performance. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monthly order forecasting, providing training to sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities

Proven expertise in Team Management and Training to mentor and guide sales teams effectively

Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to maintain client satisfaction and build relationships

Leadership capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Previous experience in a sales management role is highly desirable

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Flexibility to work on-site in Tangerang and manage Distributors and field operations
