Accounting Staff

About the role We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team at Lotus Archi in Bandung Barat, West Java. As a full-time member of our Accounting and Financial Reporting division, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of our organization.

What you'll be doing

Assist in preparing and recording daily journal transactions

Perform daily cash reconciliation

Collect and ensure document completeness for payments

Manage account receivable and account payables

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, fresh graduates are welcomed

Strong proficiency in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, accounting software and information systems

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to be placed in Padalarang, Bandung
