About The Job
Amar Bank Bisnis App is the next-generation digital banking and financial solution for Indonesia’s ecosystem — empowering small and medium business owners with smart financial tools, credit access, and business management features
As Account Development Head, you will lead the growth of one of Amar Bank’s strategic digital initiatives. Your mission: to drive massive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion among Indonesia’s millions of entrepreneurs
You will own the end-to-end growth and user acquisition strategy for Amar Bank Bisnis App — combining product growth tactics, offline and digital marketing, partnerships, and data-driven experimentation to accelerate adoption and retention. This is a senior leadership role requiring a mix of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and cross-functional influence
Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Lead the strategy to find and sign up new business customers, with a specific focus on increasing New Giro Account openings
Marketing Campaigns: Design and run marketing activities across all channels, from digital ads and social media to in-person events and networking
Customer Insights: Talk directly to business owners to gather feedback, identify their daily challenges, and understand what they want from a digital bank
Product Roadmap Input: Act as the bridge between the customer and the tech team. You will document feature requests and functional needs based on customer feedback and research, to ensure our developers build what the market actually wants
Performance Analysis: Track how well your campaigns are performing and manage the budget to ensure we are growing efficiently
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and risk teams to make sure the process for a business to open an account is as fast and easy as possible
Requirement
Experience: At least 7–10 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales Leadership, or Growth, ideally within financial services, technology, or startups
Growth Track Record: A proven history of hitting aggressive sales or user-acquisition targets
Strategic Writing: The ability to take a complex customer problem and write a clear, detailed explanation of the solution for our product designers to follow
Communication: Strong public speaking and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the bank to external partners and internal leadership
Problem Solver: A "builder" mindset—someone who enjoys the challenge of creating new processes and finding creative ways to reach a target audience
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift based on market feedback
