HRBP Supervisor

We are seeking a personable, experienced human resources business partner to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as Business Partner for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field

2 years of experience in performing wide range of HR generalist duties

Previous experience in human resources, professional development and training, or employee relations a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting

Excellent coaching and relationship-building skills

Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus

Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment
