Job Purpose Responsible for driving the growth and market presence of domestic/residential and small commercial pumps in Indonesia. The role focuses on building a strong distribution network, achieving sales objectives, and establishing the brand in the market. This position plays a key role in implementing the channel expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities 1. Market Development & Channel Strategy: Plan and execute monthly sales activities to identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors, retail partners, and master dealers. Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitors and determine the most effective distribution partners. Provide ongoing support to channel partners, including product training and promotional initiatives. 2. Sales Execution & Target Achievement: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals for both volume and revenue. 3. Key Account Management (Project-Based): Serve as the primary contact for major clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction (developers, contractors, OEMs, etc.). Implement strategies to grow accounts through cross-selling and upselling opportunities. 4. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Regularly update management on sales activities, market trends, pipeline status, and competitor behavior using the company’s CRM system. Provide insights to product and marketing teams regarding local market demands and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience Essential: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or channel sales, preferably in residential building, HVAC, plumbing, water pumps, or related building materials. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and developing new markets or distribution networks. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or marketing. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written). Skilled in managing customer relationships and channel development. Preferred: Established network within plumbing, irrigation, water pump, or building material distribution channels in Indonesia. Experience selling technical or engineered products.
