What You’ll Do:

Design and evaluate short- and long-term sales strategies using data-driven insights and market analysis.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales team to maximize performance and ensure cross-functional collaboration in achieving ambitious targets.

Review and strengthen ongoing partnerships, identifying potential risks or obstacles in negotiations, and implement smart mitigation plans.

Provide strategic guidance to hospital management in handling key business accounts and lead complex negotiations to safeguard company interests.

Continuously evaluate team performance and provide coaching to build capabilities and drive results.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields.

Proven experience in designing and implementing sales strategies and leading high-performing teams.

Strong ability to build and manage strategic relationships with large corporations, insurance providers, doctors, agents, and communities.

Deep understanding of market dynamics, healthcare industry trends, and business intelligence tools for analysis and decision-making.

Prior experience in healthcare or related industries is a strong plus.

Willing to be placed in Cinere, West Java.
