HR Operations F&B SPV ( wajib pengalaman F&B )

About the role We are seeking a talented HR Operations professional to join our dynamic team at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia, a leading F&B company in Jakarta. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

What you’ll be doing

Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting job listings to onboarding new hires

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and leave management

Provide HR support and guidance to employees, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations

Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture

Support the HR Manager in workforce planning, performance management, and other strategic HR initiatives

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related field, preferably in the food and beverage industry

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels

Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite

Problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
