We are hiring a senior banking professional to lead strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions in Indonesia. This role is critical for our growth: we are looking for someone with deep banking experience, strong industry relationships, and the ability to own the entire lifecycle of enterprise partnerships.
The person will be fully responsible for building relationships with banks, structuring and closing complex deals, and managing key accounts long-term.
Our platform is a B2B fintech SaaS solution that helps banks scale distribution of retail financial products (loans, mortgages, insurance, etc.) through external partner and agent networks. Therefore, strong knowledge of banking products — especially lending and mortgage — is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise deal ownership
Lead complex enterprise partnership processes with banks and enterprise clients, navigating multiple stakeholders including retail, digital, risk, compliance and procurement teams.
Navigate complex stakeholder structures inside banks
Lead complex enterprise partnerships with banks, financial institutions and strategic distribution partners, navigating multi-stakeholder decision environments including retail, digital, risk, compliance, legal and procurement teams.
Own the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships with banks — from relationship development and opportunity structuring to contract negotiation, launch and long-term growth.
Negotiate commercial and partnership agreements with senior banking stakeholders.
Key account leadership
Own strategic relationships with key financial institution partners, including executive-level engagement and long-term partnership development.
Drive revenue growth and expansion within existing partners by identifying new product distribution opportunities.
Develop and execute partner growth strategies across lending, mortgage, insurance and SME financing products.
Ensure successful launch and commercial performance of each strategic partnership.
Market access & network
Build credibility with senior banking stakeholders based on prior industry experience.
Represent the company in executive-level meetings and industry events and strategic discussions with financial institutions.
Internal leadership
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, commercial and leadership teams to structure and deliver strategic partnerships.
Translate insights and feedback from banks and financial institution partners into strategic input for product development and go-to-market strategy.
Contribute to shaping the company’s partnership and market expansion strategy in Indonesia.
Requirements
10+ years experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise financial partnerships.
Prior role within a bank (retail banking, lending, mortgage, partnerships, digital banking, or similar) strongly preferred.
Established network and relationships with Indonesian banks.
Proven track record of structuring, negotiating and closing complex B2B partnerships with banks or financial institutions.
Experience managing strategic partnerships and engaging senior stakeholders within financial institutions.
Ability to lead complex enterprise partnership processes from opportunity development through contract negotiation and launch.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Based in Jakarta.
