Cost Management Staff

Process employee reimbursement claims in a timely and accurate manner.

Record and classify expenses into appropriate accounting categories in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Support vendor invoice verification and payment processing.

Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports.

Provide accurate and timely financial information to management as required.

Assist in the preparation of departmental budgets and monitor budget utilization to ensure cost control.

Job Requirement Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or expense reimbursement.

Solid understanding of expense processing and general accounting principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Table, and other formulas).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare structured reports.

Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work with numbers efficiently.

Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.

Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
