IT Specialist - Mandarin Speaker

Primary Job Role: We are seeking a bilingual bridge talent to serve as the critical link between our technical teams. Your primary mission is to break down language barriers, ensuring seamless and accurate communication between Product Managers and IT colleagues. By doing so, you will enhance team collaboration efficiency and allow management to focus more on strategic leadership.

Job Description: Real-time Translation & Communication:

Provide accurate and efficient bidirectional oral interpretation between Mandarin and English during team meetings, including technical discussions, requirement clarifications, and project reviews, ensuring precise conveyance of technical details. Document & Information Localization:

Translate and proofread product requirement documents (PRDs), technical specifications, emails, and instant messages to guarantee mutual understanding. Coordination & Follow-up:

Proactively follow up on action items arising from communications, help align perspectives, and facilitate issue resolution. Cultural Coordination:

Act as a communication bridge to help both teams understand each other's work styles and cultural contexts, fostering team integration. Project Support:

Assist in maintaining task lists, meeting minutes, and other project documentation under the guidance of the project manager or team lead.

Job Qualification: Fluent in Mandarin with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Ability to comprehend technical terminology. Fluent in English, capable of handling technical conversations and written communication proficiently. Education: Bachelor's degree graduate of 2024 or 2025. Fresh Graduates are very welcome. Preferred: Background in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related STEM fields. Exceptional communication and coordination skills with a proactive attitude. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Ability to remain clear-headed and patient in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, remote work environment. Passion for the technology industry and a strong ability to learn quickly.
