Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective strategies to manage and recover non-performing loans and assets Oversee the recovery process, including negotiation with borrowers, legal proceedings, and asset liquidation Analyze financial data and credit profiles to identify high-risk accounts and prioritize recovery efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as credit, risk, and legal, to ensure a coordinated approach to recovery Monitor and report on the performance of the recovery portfolio, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Provide leadership and guidance to the recovery team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to recovery and asset management Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong track record in recovery and asset management Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recovery strategies, including negotiation, legal proceedings, and asset liquidation Proficient in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and data-driven decision making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing recovery team Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to recovery and asset management
