Nikoi Island is a 15-hectare private island resort, 8km off the east coast of Bintan Island, Riau Archipelago, Indonesia. The resort was built and is operated with sustainability in mind. The structures have been built with the use of driftwood as the main construction material and alang-alang grass as roofing. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team for the following available position: Chief Engineer

The Qualification Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Experience : Minimum of 4-5 years in a similar position or as Chief Engineer in the hospitality industry Technical Skills : Proficient in operating and maintaining systems related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage projects, and coordinate with multiple departments Budget Management : Experience in creating, managing, and maintaining departmental budgets Customer Service : Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and effectively Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and maintenance management software Personal Attributes : Reliable, detail-oriented, dedicated, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
