Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Automotive 4S Dealership Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of a well‑known automotive brand’s 4S dealership in Indonesia. Proficiency in English is required, and Chinese language skills are preferred. You will lead the team to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the efficient operation of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily dealership operations, including sales, after‑sales service, customer relations, and administration.

Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to ensure sales and profit targets are met.

Monitor inventory, financials, and business performance data, and submit regular operational reports.

Recruit, train, and manage the sales, after‑sales, and administrative teams to enhance professionalism and cohesion.

Set clear performance objectives and motivate the team to achieve business goals.

Customer Service Ensure customers receive an exceptional vehicle purchasing and after‑sales experience, enhancing loyalty and brand reputation.

Handle customer complaints and complex issues, maintaining long‑term customer relationships.

Market & Business Development Analyze local market trends and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Explore new customer resources and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.

Compliance & Standards Ensure dealership operations comply with brand standards, local laws and regulations, and company policies.

Requirements Work Experience Minimum 3 years of management experience in an automotive 4S dealership or related industry, with familiarity in vehicle sales, after‑sales service, and customer management processes.

Must have management experience as a 4S dealership supervisor or manager.

Prior experience working at a 4S dealership for emerging automotive brands, such as BYD, is preferred.

Language Skills Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) for business communication and report writing.

Mandarin language skills are preferred and considered an additional advantage.

Personal Attributes Strong leadership and team management abilities with a results‑driven mindset.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Familiarity with data analysis and business planning tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).

Adaptable and capable of working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Passionate about the automotive industry, with a customer‑oriented approach and business acumen.
