Vessel Operation and Commercial Supervisor

Vessel Operation and Commercial Supervisor Responsible for overseeing daily vessel operations, coordinating with charterers, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth voyages in compliance with charter party agreements and operational requirements.

Manage daily vessel operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations in accordance with company procedures and charter party agreements.

Coordinate with charterers, port agents, terminals, vendors, and internal departments to support vessel operations.

Prepare and distribute daily vessel operational reports to related departments.

Follow up on charterers’ requests and ensure vessels comply with operational and contractual requirements.

Collect and manage cargo documentation for each voyage.

Handle operational issues, conduct coordination/negotiations with relevant parties, and perform vessel visits or field inspections when required.

Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in vessel operations, experience in international voyages is a plus.

Responsive, proactive, and able to work under pressure in operational environments.

Familiar with charter party agreements and shipping contracts (international and domestic).

Willing to travel if required.
