Summary

The role involves minor and major welding repairs on mobile equipment, line boring tasks, fabricating materials and components for special projects, and troubleshooting equipment failures. Key Responsibilities

Perform minor and major welding repairs on mobile equipment. Execute line boring tasks. Fabricate materials and components for special projects. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and time. Establish clear responsibilities, monitoring processes, and measurement of results. Collaborate with others to achieve shared objectives. Typical Education

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Relevant Experience

3+ years of related experience and/or training Other Information

Experience with welding and cutting equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings and write detailed repair reports Ability to analyze and make decisions Ability to diagram equipment control problems Strong verbal and written English communication skills Good organizational and planning skills Preferred: Experience with Climax line boring equipment Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and represent the required knowledge, skill, and/or ability Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Physical Requirements
