Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Management or related field. At least 8-10 years of working experience in the same field. Support the Accounting Manager in leading daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting. Oversee the review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing processes. Monitor and control accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and cost accounting within the garment manufacturing environment. Ensure full compliance with company policies, Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), and prevailing tax regulations. Prepare financial and management reports to support decision-making and business performance analysis. Collaborate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and other departments to maintain strong financial and inventory control. Maintain effective communication and alignment with the Head Office on reporting standards and data requirements. Lead, develop, and supervise accounting staff to enhance productivity, accuracy, and accountability.
