Sales Staff

Responsible for sales and new customer development. Manage and increase national sales. Conduct presentations to customers and introduce the company and its products. Perform direct sales through customer office visits and presentations (canvassing). Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing operations and handling customer complaints Prepare and submit monthly sales reports. Develop marketing budgets and monthly sales forecasts. Design monthly strategies and plans to increase market share. Qualifications : Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Salesperson (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Maximum age of 27 years. Professional and attractive appearance. Broad knowledge and ability to adapt quickly. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus. Ability to handle customer complaints effectively. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor Degree in any major. Willing to be placed in Surabaya or Jakarta.
