Managing the full hiring cycle from job posting to onboarding
Maintain and filing employee database
Monitor employee absence, roster leave & annual leave
Drafting employee agreement & monitoring agreement
Assist HC manager in employee performance evaluation
Coordinate with GA in preparing new employee (laptop, stationary, check list form, induction, etc.)
Coordinate with site for HC related matters
Drafting HC letter for internal / external
Provide weekly / monthly report
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree from psychology or relevant field.
A minimum 2 year experience in Human Capital focusing on talent acquisition
Strong background in recruitment cycle
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws
Must be detail oriented, creative, have good analytical thinking and able to multitask
Willing to travel outside Jakarta
