Requirements Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Patisserie, or related field. Certification in food safety or HACCP is often preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pastry kitchens and in a leadership role. Mastery in classical and contemporary pastry techniques (e.g., viennoiserie, chocolate work, sugar artistry). Attention to detail and aesthetics. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Creative and passionate about modern dessert trends. Ability to manage and develop a team in the pastry kitchen. Commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. Strong communication skills in English and additional languages is a plus.
