About the Role We’re looking for a seasoned Consulting Specialist to join Business Hub Asia as a Senior Consultant . In this role, you will lead the handling of high-value clients requiring services such as business establishment, product registration, BPO services, and visa applications. You’ll act as a trusted advisor — not only executing services but also providing strategic guidance, ensuring compliance, and delivering a best-in-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for senior-level clients (foreign investors, expat-owned businesses, or enterprises expanding toIndonesia). Build strong relationships, understand business needs, and anticipate potential regulatory/compliance issues.

Provide strategic advice on market entry, regulatory requirements, compliance risk, and best practices — not just “operational support.”

Mentor and supervise junior consultants/associates: guide their work, review deliverables, ensure quality and consistency.

Coordinate cross-functional tasks: legal, regulatory,andoperationsdeliveryto ensure smooth execution and timely completion of client deliverables.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws/regulations, permit/visa procedures, changes in compliance standards in Indonesia / Southeast Asia; anticipate impacts for clients and advise accordingly.

Handle complex or high-priority cases.

Who You Are — Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate services, regulatory compliance, or agency work (company registration, licensing, product registration, visa/immigration, or related fields).

Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law/regulations, business licensing, product registration requirements, and visa/immigration processes (or willingness to quickly master them).

Excellent client-facing and communication skills; ability to build trust with clients (local and international), understand their needs, and translate them into actionable plans.

Leadership and mentoring capability — comfortable supervising and guiding junior staff, ensuring high quality and consistency in deliverables.

Organizational mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Proactive, strategic thinker: able to foresee regulatory/compliance risks, advise clients accordingly, and propose preventive measures.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written). Mandarinlanguageisa plus.

Professional attitude: high integrity, confidentiality, client-oriented mindset, and problem-solving orientation.
