Responsibilities

Develop / review detailed Installation Method Statements Step-by-Step sequences for the Onshore Pipeline (stringing, bending, welding, coating, and lowering-in).

Establish the Fabrication Sequence for ORF (Onshore Reception Facility) piping modules to maximize shop growth and minimize field welds.

Design and validate temporary works.

Interface with Fabrication Yard: Monitor progress of Subsea Spools, ORF Spool and Installation Aids to ensure they meet the offshore installation window.

Coordinate with Onshore Site Teams: Resolve "clash" issues.

Liaise with Piping/Pipeline Engineers: to ensure "constructability".

Oversee Pressure Testing Philosophy: for both the ORF piping and the main pipeline sections.

Manage the Piping Spool Tracking: Implement a system to monitor the status of each spool from raw material to fit‑up, welding, NDT (Non‑Destructive Testing), and final installation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in

Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or related discipline .

Minimum

8–12 years of experience

in

piping and onshore pipeline construction , preferably within

EPC / oil & gas projects .

Proven experience in developing and reviewing

installation method statements

for onshore pipelines, including stringing, bending, welding, coating, and lowering‑in activities.

Strong knowledge of

piping fabrication and installation sequencing , including ORF (Onshore Reception Facility) piping modules and spool management.

Demonstrated experience in

temporary works design and validation

related to pipeline and piping construction.

Solid understanding of

constructability reviews , with the ability to interface effectively with engineering, fabrication yard, and site construction teams.

Hands‑on experience coordinating with

fabrication yards

and monitoring spool, subsea spool, and installation aid progress against project schedules.

Strong technical knowledge of

pressure testing philosophy

for piping systems and pipelines.

Familiar with

piping spool tracking systems , covering material control, fabrication, welding, NDT, and installation stages.

Good knowledge of

QA/QC requirements , including welding procedures, NDT methods, and inspection processes.

Proficient in

English , both written and spoken.
