We are looking for an

offline mentor

to guide children in learning coding and developing creativity through a game-based platform. This role goes beyond teaching—it helps build foundational skills that will empower children to excel in both their careers and lives. What you'll do

Teach game development classes using Roblox Studio and Lua scripting. Deliver engaging and interactive sessions using pre-designed scenarios and teaching materials. Monitor student attendance and ensure a quality learning experience regularly. Be active in group chats to respond to student or parent questions/requests at least once every 24 hours. Maintain regular communication with the teaching team for reporting and class development. Teach small groups of 7–10 students. Each course runs for 2 weeks. Potential schedule: Weekdays from

Experience in game development using Roblox Studio and scripting with Lua. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginner students. Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience or enthusiasm for teaching children, even in informal settings. Able to follow teaching scenarios and adapt to classroom dynamics. What You Will Bring
