We are looking for a

Digital Strategy & Activation Sr. Manager

to lead our integrated digital ecosystem — from paid media and social media to community and KOL management — driving brand awareness, engagement, and measurable growth.

What you will do

Develop and manage a

360° digital marketing strategy , optimizing paid, owned, and earned media to achieve brand and sales objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and media performance to identify opportunities and refine strategy.

Lead cross-functional collaboration across social media, KOL, community, and paid media teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Oversee digital marketing performance metrics (engagement, CTR, ROI) and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Maintain strong partnerships with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders to enhance campaign impact.

Manage budgets efficiently and ensure all digital initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.

Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative team culture.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree

in Marketing Communication, Business Management, or related field.

6–7 years of experience

in Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Brand Activation, with

2–3 years in a managerial position .

Strong experience in

beauty, skincare, or dermatology industry

is a plus.

Proven expertise in 360 Marketing, Paid Media, Market Research, and KOL & Community Management.

Excellent data literacy and analytical skills to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Strong leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital and consumer trends.
