Kepala Bagian Engineering

Lead and manage the Electrical (High & Low Voltage) and Mechanical departments.

Ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment used in production processes.

Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure operational excellence.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.

Oversee the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new equipment.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards for electrical and mechanical systems.

Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.

Maintain and update technical documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and SOPs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (required).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar engineering leadership role, preferably within the textile manufacturing sector.

Strong background in Electrical Systems (High and Low Voltage) and Mechanical Engineering.

Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with automated and semi-automated textile production systems.

Willing to be placed in Cimahi.
