On behalf of our client, a fast-growing generative AI recruitment technology company, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager.
We have two founding philosophies:
Generative AI first: Founded after Gen AI, we don’t carry any old-world technical debt.
A compound start-up: Instead of solving one small problem, we’re building a holistic recruitment platform - multiple products wrapped into one elegant UX/UI.
This role is central to the company’s success and comes with a life-changing amount of equity in addition to a competitive salary. The founder has already donated half his equity to the team.
Who you are
You are an experienced product manager who has already succeeded in early-stage tech companies. You’ve probably been in product for at least three years.
You enjoy the process side of product management: turning concepts into clear tickets, defining acceptance criteria, and making delivery smooth and predictable.
You are not a pushover. We don’t have time for passengers and your voice will matter. You will guard quality alongside QA and are comfortable saying no if something isn’t ready.
You genuinely enjoy bringing order out of chaos and building processes that prevent outages and keep the team focused. If you are looking for detailed product process docs, you won’t find them here.
Responsibilities
Help the founder turn big ideas into clear, detailed roadmaps that leave no room for error. This will be done in collaboration with engineers, not as a replacement for them.
Take ownership of the existing product and turn good features into great ones by obsessing over usage metrics, learning about clients’ problems, and prioritising delivery based on client outcomes.
Write clear acceptance criteria and ensure every feature has testable definitions of “done.”
Prioritise ruthlessly: focus the company on the few things that matter most.
Help shape the product culture of the business as an early, foundational hire.
