Procurement Admin Branch Batam

We are seeking a diligent and organized Procurement Admin to join our team in our Batam, Riau Islands location. In this full‑time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

Assist in preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (PO) based on approved Purchase requisitions (PR).

Verify completeness and accuracy of procurement documents (PR, PO, quotations, Vendor forms, agreements).

Maintain procurement records and filing system (Digital & hardcopy) for audit and tracking purposes.

Monitor outstanding PR/PO and follow up with requestors and vendors for timely closure.

Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and supporting documents.

Ensure all procurement documents meet Finance requirements for AP processing.

What we're looking for

Diploma or higher in Business Administration, supply chain, Procurement, or related field.

At least 1‑2 years of procurement or administrative experience.

Knowledge of procurement process, documentation flow, and basic logistic terms (FCA).

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Fluency in spoken and written English.

Must reside in Batam.
