Responsibilities About the Team The Digital Goods - Financial Ops team ensures the company’s digital goods financial health and data integrity of our high-volume revenue streams by owning financial operations end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability while laying the foundation for a critical FinOps function.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain Deposit balance (Top up need & Ending balance)

Perform daily reconciliation and settlement activities, applying different treatments as required for various partners and products. Ensure that all transactions are properly matched, and resolve discrepancies based on the specific requirements of each partner/product

Monitor payment schedules, track pending settlements, and ensure timely and accurate settlement of funds.

Ensure reconciliation reports are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required deadlines. Regularly cross-check data to ensure consistency and identify discrepancies before finalizing reports

Maintain and update records of sales, returns, and adjustments to ensure accurate reporting.

Cross-check digital goods sales data with financial reports, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve issues related to digital goods transactions, payments, and settlements.

Based on input from TikTok, execute updated versions of the SOPs and manage procedure changes in accordance with the Change Procedure

Responsible for the accuracy of the settlement, including any financial loss caused by human error

Responsible for the submission and accuracy of the revenue report of the Digital Goods business

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Language requirements: High-level fluency in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to be used as the primary language to communicate with the internal team, XFN, and external stakeholders who are non‑Bahasa Indonesia speakers.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of formulas, pivot tables, and other data processing skills to accurately perform reconciliation tasks

Analytical Abilities: Possess a strong logical thinking approach to analyze data discrepancies and identify potential issues during reconciliation processes. Analytical skills to identify discrepancies, errors, and financial risks

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer‑centric approach. Strong communication skills to resolve disputes and collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of the reconciliation process. Detail‑oriented, with the ability to process large volumes of data and ensure accuracy

Problem‑solving mindset, especially for addressing complex reconciliation issues
