Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available within the Da Vinci Robotic Surgeries team, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Here is your chance to be involved in the mandi surgical technologies, support customers and to professionally manage robotic surgery challenges with surgeons in the Operating Theatre.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will become aycles a Da Vinci Product Specialist as a clinical expert across multiple clinical/surgical specialties.
Drive new surgeons and HCPs adoption of Da Vinci surgeries technology platform through the Da Vinci Technology Training Pathway.
Collaborate with customers, colleagues and managers to effectively execute Da Vinci surgeries technology training for HCPs.
Develop and review territory engagement plans with manager to ensure consistently growing trained surgeons yield for Da Vinci surgeries.
Responsibly manage administrative tasks, SFDC, sales activities for achieving both financial and non‑financial KPIs.

Our ideal candidate for this role ahol focuses are a results‑driven and proactive sales professional capable of managing and growing a sales territory. They excel in developing and maintaining long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with both new and existing customers. With a deep understanding of customer needs and decision‑making processes, they are adept at aligning solutions with objectives to drive sales success.
Experience required
Minimum 2 years or more of selling in a hospital environment, preferably in medical devices, and used to working in the operation theatre.
Minimum 2 years relevant clinical experience.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Sciences, Nursing Sciences or similar, with or without technical certifications. Scrub nurses would be preferable.
Proven skills in sales, presenting, influencing, time‑management.
Demonstrated sense of urgency with strong self‑organisation skill.
Excellent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and English communication skills.
Professional experience and willingness to work and collaborate with team members.
High flexibility.lista working under high pressure situation with occasional outstation travels.
