Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new potential clients who require IT outsourcing services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Understand clientsโ business and technical needs to provide suitable outsourcing solutions (IT Support, Developers, QA, Cloud Engineers, etc.).
Prepare proposals, pricing quotations, and solution presentations tailored to client requirements.
Lead contract negotiations, service terms, and SLA discussions with clients.
Manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecast, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and account progress to management.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
2โ5 years of experience as Sales, Account Manager, or Business Development in IT/outsourcing/consulting industry.
Strong understanding of basic IT roles (Software Developer, QA, Network/Cloud Engineer, IT Support, etc.) is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Skilled in solution selling and understanding client business needs.
Able to work with targets and manage a structured sales pipeline.
Existing network of companies that require IT outsourcing services is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
Highly proactive, resultโoriented, and strong problemโsolving mindset.
