Role Overview The

Verification Specialist

is responsible for ensuring effective, accurate, and comprehensive employment background screening processes and results.

What will you do:

Conduct screening verification by searching on the internet, social media, and databases, and contacting informants via telephone or email.

Verify information through online media resources, emailing, and databases.

Communicate with sources through email and messages when required.

Conduct phone conversations with university and company representatives.

Interview references via phone.

Interview resources to gather deeper information.

Analyze obtained information.

Draft comprehensive reports.

Collaborate with HR regarding internal candidate screenings.

Consult with the Production Manager on critical issues before taking action.

Provide suggestions to the Production Manager regarding field screeners’ performance.

Suggest improvements to processes and methodologies.

Address feedback and provide advice related to Prisma.

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Who we need:

1-2 years of experience in customer service or background check roles.

High integrity and professionalism.

Diploma degree in any discipline.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and administrative skills.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.
