Senior IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities Conduct business and user requirement analysis.

Gain / maintain an in-depth knowledge of business functions.

Investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution.

Creating system documentation, database, flowchart, business process, application, and testing scenario.

Coordinate with business user and programmer team in software development project.

To communicate with user departments, explaining the impact of any change and training them in the use of new applications.

Requirements

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst; experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.

Willingness to travel to mining sites as required is a plus.

Strong familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Solid understanding of system architecture and system integration concepts.

Proven ability to produce high-quality system documentation, including databases, flowcharts, business processes, application specifications, and test documentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and professional business correspondence.

Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
