What You Will Do
Depending on your background (Digital/Programming or AI/ML), your responsibilities may include:
Digital & Programming Track
Support the design and enhancement of end‑to‑end digital customer journeys across mobile apps, websites, and other digital channels.
Assist in configuring and integrating systems (APIs, middleware, CRM, billing, order management).
Execute testing and validation to ensure accuracy, stability, and an excellent customer experience.
Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and reduce defects.
Contribute to documentation: business rules, CX flows, technical configurations.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams (product, operations, commercial).
Support continuous improvement in digital platforms, automation, and testing processes.
Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure secure, reliable system operations.
Translate business needs into machine learning use cases with measurable KPIs.
Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model development.
Build, train, validate, and deploy ML models (experience with Vertex AI is a plus).
Develop and maintain ML pipelines from data ingestion to production.
Monitor models in production for drift, performance degradation, and anomalies.
Run retraining workflows and manage model versioning.
Troubleshoot pipeline, data, and model‑related issues.
Ensure Responsible AI principles and transparency are upheld.
Who We're Looking For
Digital/Programming
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, system integration, or digital platforms.
Familiarity with SDLC, testing methodologies, and related tools (academic or project‑based experience welcome).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Fast learner, able to work in dynamic environments.
Good communication and teamwork skills, comfortable collaborating across functions.
Detail‑oriented with a passion for improving systems and customer experience.
Data Scientist / AI & ML Engineer
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
3–6 years of experience in ML, MLOps, Data Science, or similar roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
Experience with cloud ML platforms (Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Airflow, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of monitoring, retraining workflows, and model lifecycle tracking.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
