Financial Controller

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at PT Wahana Autopia Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our company, based in South Tangerang, Banten.

What you'll be doing

Manage the company's general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and cash flow processes

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making

Supervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and training as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls

Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

What we're looking for

Qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar financial controller role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements

Proficient in using financial software and analysis tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders

Proven track record of leading and developing finance teams

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex financial problems

Collaborative and adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement
