About the role
We are looking for a highly disciplined and mobile
Field Operations Officer
to manage the physical flow of assets for our digital auction platform. You will be the "boots on the ground" responsible for the end-to-end handling of unproductive assets from Multifinance, Rental, FMCG, and Insurance companies. Your primary goal is to ensure that every asset—ranging from vehicles to industrial equipment—is professionally received, accurately inspected, and securely released to the winning bidders.
What you'll be doing
Asset Intake (Penerimaan Barang):
Coordinate and supervise the arrival of assets from corporate clients at our designated pools or warehouses. Verify that the units received match the delivery manifest.
Physical Inspection (Inspeksi Barang):
Conduct thorough physical inspections of assets (checking engine condition, bodywork, mileage, or functional status). Capture high-quality pictures and detailed notes to be uploaded to the digital auction platform.
Inventory Control:
Organize the placement of assets within the holding area to ensure easy access for viewing days and efficient mobilization.
Asset Release (Pengeluaran Barang):
Manage the physical handover of sold assets to winning bidders. Verify the "Release Letter" (SKB) and ensure the buyer signs the "Minutes of Handover" (BAST).
Vendor Coordination:
Supervise third-party mobilization vendors (towing/trucking) and facility security to ensure assets are handled without damage.
Real-time Reporting:
Provide daily field reports regarding stock movements and any physical discrepancies found during inspection to the central Operation Admin. Provide regular updates and reports to management on operational performance.
What we're looking for
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/K) or Vocational Degree. A background in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering is a significant advantage.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in
Field Operations, Logistics, Car Inspection, or Warehouse Management;
Technical Skills:
Ability to perform basic technical inspections (especially for cars/motorcycles) and comfortable using mobile apps for data entry/photography.
Integrity:
Strong personal ethics, as you will be managing valuable assets belonging to major corporate clients.
Mobility:
Must be willing to work on-site at various pools/warehouses and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C).
Communication:
Ability to communicate firmly yet professionally with drivers, vendors, and auction winners.
Proficiency:
Proficient in using relevant software and tools for production planning and logistics management.
