Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented F&B Supervisor to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team in North Jakarta, Indonesia. In this pivotal supervisory role, you will lead and inspire a talented team while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and professionalism. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and contributing to the organization's revenue growth. Supervise and mentor the Food and Beverage team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and skill development

Ensure all products and services meet established quality standards and comply with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements

Manage daily F&B operations, including restaurant and bar service, to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain brand consistency

Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance, identifying needs and minimizing losses and breakage

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue while maintaining cost efficiency and profit margins

Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and keeping management informed

Coordinate with other departments (front office, reservations, housekeeping) to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction

Conduct staff training and onboarding programs, ensuring all team members understand service standards, safety protocols, and product knowledge

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace that adheres to the organization's environmental commitments and security regulations

Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, labor costs, and operational metrics to support decision-making

Promote special offers and the full range of F&B products to encourage guest loyalty and maximize revenue opportunities

Ensure compliance with all mandatory training requirements and maintain accurate records for the team

Demonstrate exemplary behavior and professionalism, embodying the organization's brand values and service philosophy

Qualifications Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven experience supervising diverse staff

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset

Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and menu offerings

Proficiency in inventory management, stock control, and cost analysis

Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and health and safety compliance

Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Physical stamina for standing, walking, and working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience in budget management and financial analysis

Knowledge of beverage service regulations and responsible alcohol service

Sales and revenue management expertise

Conflict resolution and mediation abilities

Experience coordinating with multiple departments

Required Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a Food and Beverage environment

Proven track record in restaurant, bar, or hospitality operations management

Experience managing and developing team members in a service-oriented setting

Education and Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Food Safety Certification (preferred)

Hospitality Management or F&B Operations certification (preferred)

Domain Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and best practices

Understanding of restaurant and bar management principles

Familiarity with guest relations and service excellence standards

Knowledge of local food and beverage regulations in Indonesia (preferred)
