We are seeking an experienced
Country Sales Manager
with a proven track record of success! Ideally, you're based in Indonesia for the APAC region.
As a
Country Sales Manager , you are a key driver of our business growth for the territory. You are responsible for leading the sales and developing strategic sales initiatives to promote and sell TEHTRIS Security solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber security trends and technologies, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to exceed sales targets. Acting as the first point of contact in the sales cycle, you will identify and qualify business opportunities while engaging with prospects across various industries.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the cyber security sector.
Identify and secure new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Schedule and conduct meetings to present TEHTRIS cybersecurity solutions, share technical product benefits.
Drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of existing and prospective clients for TEHTRIS cybersecurity products and services.
Manage and guide the sales team to exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, accurate forecasts and budgets and report on sales performance against targets.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the companyโs cybersecurity solutions.
Ensure compliance with companyโs policies and cybersecurity standards.
Achieve sales targets and other KPIs.
Work with internal teams (e.g. technical, sales) and external partners to ensure client success and address potential issues.
Qualifications
Relevant Education in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of successful sale management in the cybersecurity industry.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and current market trends.
Excellent Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Exceptional communication and negotiations skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
