Moonbow works with businesses to help them gain clarity around who they are, what they stand for, and how that story should be expressed across the touchpoints that matter most. They help brands understand themselves clearly before deciding how they should look, sound, or show up. Job Summary We are looking for a strategic, business-minded Brand Strategist to work with the Moonbow team in Singapore. You will play a key role in transforming insights into meaningful brand direction, backed by research, creativity, and commercial understanding. You will act as a strategic partner to clients—ranging from startups to regional brands—guiding them through complex branding decisions that drive real business growth. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development: Define compelling brand positioning, purpose, and identity frameworks that align with client goals and audience expectations. Business & Brand Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients on how branding supports broader business objectives, growth strategies, and long-term differentiation. Market Research & Insight: Conduct market analysis, consumer segmentation, and competitor audits to uncover strategic opportunities. Client Engagement: Present strategic recommendations clearly and confidently, build trusted relationships, and guide clients through complex branding decisions. Industry Versatility: Apply strategic thinking across various industries. Experience in F&B and Healthcare/Pharma is highly valued. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, marketing, and digital teams to ensure strategic alignment from concept to execution.
