Responsibilities

Provide full secretarial, operational and administrative support to Senior Management.

Responsible for proactive diary management, which includes heavy meeting schedules and extensive travels; coordination of schedules and appointments across different time zones.

Handle flight, hotel, or ground transportation travel requests (including visa applications) and manage individual expense claims with multi-currencies.

Plan, arrange and coordinate all aspects of on and off‑site company meetings and events.

Manage day‑to‑day office administration and operations.

Provide hospitality to business partners and visitors.

Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1-3 years relevant work experience supporting senior and top management in a dynamic fast‑paced environment.

Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to deliver work on time.

Positive working attitude and a strong team player.

Able to speak and read English fluently to collaborate with multinational teams.

Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts.

Ability to work independently and multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and managing multiple stakeholders.

Availability to start as soon as possible is a plus.
