Innovation Consulting Lead

Role Description Mainly responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovation‑themed programs for client projects:

Develop customized innovation program proposals for prospects e.g. capability development workshops, project‑based innovation/incubation programs, strategic meetings, innovation competitions, innovation consulting, s/webinars, etc.

Collaborate with Consultants/Trainers in modifying or creating learning modules, content (e.g. frameworks, cases), and tools (e.g. canvass) for program materials e.g. Design Thinking, Agile Development, Strategy, Lean Startup, Business Model, Innovation Pitching, Innovation Project Management, Leadership, Thinking Skills, etc.

Manage the design of new products and re‑design of existing signature products.

Lead sales meetings as Consultant to advise on the best programs for prospects.

Advise and guide Project Team in program initiations and ensuring alignment.

As Product Team Lead, manage a team of Analyst(s).

This role is not to for

digital products

or the like, but rather to create products in the form of

innovation consulting services .

Qualifications

3-5 years of working experience in a consulting company, preferably in innovation or people development consulting.

At least 1 year experience as team leader or supervisor.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Experienced in developing content and proposal slide decks for consulting or learning programs.

Proficient in delivering product sales presentations to prospects/clients.

Strong in conceptual thinking, analytical skill, creativity and innovation.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Psychology, or Education Technology.

Fluent in written English is necessary, fluent in conversational English is preferable.
