Customer Relations Executive

This is a full‑time position. This position is responsible for delivering exclusive service to customers purchasing premium products such as Glass Film, Paint Protection Film (PPF), premium stickers, and other specialized services. This role focuses on providing a high‑end customer experience for transactions with significant value, including additional services such as premium washing. The customers handled are from a high‑end segment. This position also plays a key role in maintaining long‑term relationships, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring a refined and premium service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide professional and exclusive service to premium customers.

Handle complaints and special requests promptly, accurately, and with effective solutions.

Record vehicle details, product types, warranties, and customer needs accurately, and conduct proper follow‑ups.

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure service quality meets premium standards.

Handle special customer requests within the scope of work.

Support in‑house sales activities and maintain long‑term relationships with VIP customers.

Maintain a professional attitude, demonstrate strong emotional awareness, and create comfortable and elegant communication with customers.

Qualifications

Professional look and an elegant presence (good grooming is required).

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (experience in luxury cars or luxury brand stores is preferred).

Experience handling VIP customers or high‑value transactions is an advantage.

Excellent service attitude and the ability to recognize and manage customer emotions effectively.

Communicative, detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Able to work in a team and maintain a positive work attitude.

Fluent in English (English proficiency is a must).
