Logistic Team Leader

Job Summary The Logistic Team Leader – EV is responsible for supervising and coordinating logistics operations related to electric vehicle components, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution. The role ensures that materials and EV parts are delivered accurately and on time to support production and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily logistics operations related to EV parts, components, and materials. Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and delivery processes within the warehouse. Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control for EV components. Monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure on-time delivery to production lines. Maintain proper warehouse organization and optimize storage space. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Lead and manage the logistics team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring. Coordinate with departments such as

Production, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain

to ensure smooth operations. Identify operational issues and implement improvements to enhance logistics efficiency. Prepare and report logistics performance and operational updates to management.

Qualifications Minimum

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum

5+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations , preferably in automotive or manufacturing industries. Experience in

team leadership or supervisory roles

is preferred. Strong understanding of

inventory management and warehouse operations . Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
