FOX Hotel Pekanbaru is currently looking for a passionate Front Office Manager

Job Description Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly management reports are up to date and are completed in accordance with the corporate and brand requirements and procedures. Design the budget, analyze and monitor regularly the results for Front Office department and take appropriate actions and decisions. Regularly check customer comments, handling guest complaints /requests concerning services from all areas of operation and any final decision should be referred and confirmed by the respective Department Heads of the department concern

Qualification Bachelor Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a FOM in a 4 star hotel Proficient in Interpersonal and Communication skills Strong Leadership, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision making abilities Passionate about delivering great quality of customer service
