Procurement Staff

Responsibilities

Sourcing and purchasing all goods/supplies and services to fulfil needed of company

Selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice

Working closely with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements

Responsible for order placement timing, supply/demand alignment, material replenishment and supplier performance

Ensure that vendor/supplier accreditation process complies with procurement policy

Negotiation with vendor in accordance to achieve cost saving budgeting and targeting

Reconcile or resolve order discrepancies with suppliers.

Maintain good relationships with suppliers and renegotiate prices on a regular basis

Keep daily records and reporting

Requirements

Min. have 1 year work experience in related field

Preferably with experience in the Pharmaceutical / FMCG Industry

Min. have a Bachelor Degree in Management / Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Able to work in a team and independently (self-motivated)

Have excellent interpersonal skill and strong analytical background

Willing to work with overtime if needed

Willing to be stationed in East-Jakarta

Willing to work in a start-up environment with limited resources
