Operational Manager

Responsibilities

Managing day to day operation of the court. Managing staff, the needs of the building (supplies & fixes),

Coordinating events (if any) and other inquiries relating to the building.

Booking occupancy of the court. So like working with communities and making sure people are coming back.

Coordinating with social media/creative team for any marketing pushes.

Administrative and HR related topics.

Coordinating with vendors / customers / 3rd parties as needed (in relation to building operations).

Qulifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Sports Management, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in operations, preferably in sports facilities

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experienced in managing daily operations, bookings, and customer service.

Able to coordinate events, vendors, and marketing activities.

Good organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Basic understanding of HR and administrative processes.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
