About the Role MOMAS is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead on-site operations and oversee large construction teams. This role requires strong hands‑on field experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage Indonesian construction workers efficiently while ensuring project quality, safety, and timeline adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and direct 50+ Indonesian construction workers in day-to-day site activities.

Plan and coordinate manpower, workflow, material usage, and task sequencing.

Ensure all construction work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and project schedules.

Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Identify issues, delays, and risks — and resolve them quickly to keep progress on track.

Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly progress reports.

Maintain discipline, productivity, and proper execution of construction procedures.

Requirements

Extensive construction industry experience (project execution, site supervision, or field management).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving ability.

Able to work under pressure on an active construction site with tight deadlines.
