Warehouse Manager - Marhen J

About the role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at PT. Jeikei Retail Indonesia, a leading provider of logistics and distribution services in the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector. The Warehouse Manager – Marhen J – will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our central warehouse facility located in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full‑time position.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including the receiving, storage, picking and shipping of goods.

Oversee the implementation of efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximise productivity and accuracy.

Manage a team of warehouse personnel, including supervising, training and motivating staff.

Monitor inventory levels, identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Collaborate with the logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Implement and maintain safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Analyse warehouse performance data and provide insights to continuously improve operations.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

Strong understanding of warehouse management best practices, including inventory control, materials handling and space utilisation.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Demonstrated knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
