Product R&D Engineer - Heavy Equipment Manuf Industry:

Heavy Equipment Construction Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

Conduct field tests and gather data on machine performance, cost, durability, and utilities.

Lead product development and overall product design.

Support prototype production, testing, and mass production, guiding component designers.

Prepare technical, production, and sales documents for product confirmation and launch.

Implement product quality improvements based on internal/external feedback.

Ensure customer requirements are reflected in product specifications, conduct site surveys, and recommend optimum solutions.

Collaborate with academic institutes, customers, dealers, and industries to drive engineering research and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design and manufacturing or related fields.

Have 3 years or more of working experience in the design of complete machines in the construction machinery or industry.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Be familiar with ISO/GB/LG and other standards in the construction machinery or automotive industry

and be familiar with relevant national laws and regulations on technology, quality, measurement, and environment.

Master the key points of overall layout and performance parameters of construction machinery, as well as the key technologies, configuration matching, and component selection of the products.

Be familiar with industry development trends and understand the development dynamics of competing brands.

Fluent in English (Chinese is a PLUS).

Fluent in product design software such as CAD, PRO/E,

as well as common office software like Office.
